General Information
|
| Upon Arrival - It is recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to change into salon or spa apparel in order to begin your service on time. Late arrival will restrict the time allotted for your personal experience. The entire amount for your treatment will be charged. |
| |
| Cancellations - We require a 48 hour cancellation for all services. Massage and spa treatments also require a 48 hour cancellation and a credit card number in order to book the service. You will be charged ½ the amount for the service if not cancelled within that time frame. |
| |
| Health Considerations - Please inform us of any medical conditions or medications, including topical creams that might be a contraindication for your treatment or service. |
| |
| Personal Items - We recommend that valuable items such as jewelry be left at home. We are not responsible for personal belongings or clothing. Smocks and robes will be provided for certain salon and spa services. Some of the products we use may discolor clothing. |
| |
| Cell Phones and Pagers - We respectfully request all cell phones and pagers be turned off or set to silent or vibrate mode as a courtesy to other guests and to preserve a relaxing environment. |
| |
| Our Commitment to You - All services at Mission AVEDA Salon & Spa are guaranteed provided you inform us within 48 hours. If you are less than satisfied with any service, please notify us at once in order that we may address it. |
| |
| Children and Minors - Guests 17 years of age and under must be accompanied by a consenting adult. In order to maintain a tranquil environment for all of our guests, children who are not receiving services will not be permitted in the spa or salon areas. With all due respect, we ask that children visit the salon only when receiving services or when they are supervised by an adult. |
